So how is it to be back in Stockholm? Well, I'm glad I get a chance to meet old friends even if we all have quite a lot of studies or work to do, 09-17 for me and others got homework. It's also fun to see what my classmates get to do at their places. Some have gotten stuff published already as they work for daily papers or web papers but that's fine by me. I prefer taking my time to making a swift article. That doesn't mean that I'm sitting lazy however. I am working constantly and hard with the stuff I get to do.
That it isn't so complicated or large doesn't mean it isn't time consuming or requires you to perform well. I stand for many small texts of just thirty words that are short summaries of things that have happened during the week. Fokus always has two pages full with such. My teacher would be proud of me. His name is Ingemar but we call him Ingressmar, which would be "Preamblemar" in english as he focuses so much on preambles. What I write isn't exactly such but they are similar and about as long. At least I hope he would be proud. My mentor at the work seemed to think it was fairly good, some small stuff to correct and a few major things but about half the texts were without any criticism at all. I expected that a lot more would have to be changed.
Ingemar or Ingressmar would however also be terrified of some things, like that it's okay to use questionmarks in a preamble or a text, something he is very much against. He has said that he's reading everything we write so that we don't do that and some other forbidden things but he has also said that we should do what we get told at our workplace. I wonder which applies here, I guess I'll see because I'm pretty sure he isn't joking about reading what we write. Maybe not everything, but a lot.
That being written it's time to go to bed so I'm fresh for my work tomorrow. Not looking forward to getting up at 7.45 but I'm looking forward to the work.
The picture shows the pages with the small texts I'll be writing, this is from last week.
