What have I written about then? Well, a big mix. It's been everything between cows and nails on the road. One of the two things I liked doing the most was interviewing a troubadour named Fred Lane. He played his songs at a bibliothek in the area. I didn't have time to see the entire show, only half of it but that half was very nice. Even if I was the only person younger than 40 I'd still have stayed if I could.
My other favorite was an interview with a master-chef. A guy called Fredrik Jonsson who had just missed 3 top and come 4th in Sveriges Mästerkock (Swedens master cook). He was very happy to speak about it, more than I thought. We met at a café in Mälarhöjden, the area where I live and he used to live and grew up in.
We got a really good conversation going, not as an interview but as a conversation. Conversations are better unless you have to stress, which I didn't. It makes the one you're interviewing answer the questions with what they think, not what they've decided to say. This guy was also a very nice person so I had a really enjoyable hour at the café with him, and got a good article made.
