I have to hand in the first version of my reportage tomorrow at 15.00. As I understood it this would be in physical form to a teacher, as well as as a mail to classmates in my feedback group. However only the second part was true, I don't have to be in school before 15.00 on wednesday to hand in the final version after the day of working with the feedback we get. I could have stayed in Stockholm tomorrow as well.
I have already met all the friends I intended to meet so I don't mind returning tomorrow, what I do mind is that I'm leaving Stockholm at 08.22. I intended to book a train leaving at 10.22 and arriving in Sundsvall at 13.58, which would give me plenty of time to walk the two kilometers to school and then print the paper and hand it in. Sadly I choose the wrong time to book the train, too late or too early depending on how you see it.
Why too late? Well, the train was full, simple as that. Therefore I had to go with a train leaving two hours earlier so I wouldn't be late.
Why to early? Well, I booked the train around 13.30, half an hour later my classmate informed me of that I don't have to be in school on Tuesday. If I had waited thirty minutes I would have known and could just have taken a later train instead. 08.22 is not in the middle of the night but it's no long cozy morning, and I could have had that, that annoys me. Now that I've written about the "sad" part, lets get to the fun.
It was great meeting my friends again. On Friday I met my cousin and we watched a movie at his place. Always nice to meet up and talk a bit over a bag of chips. The movie was quite good, sadly I've forgotten its name.
On Saturday I met some sports- and elementary school friends. The same people I went to Italy with earlier this year actually. One was the same talking about fitness, one was the same forgetting his ID-card at home and one was a bit different by now having a decent beard, but the same when it came to the personality. Always good to meet them as well, we havn't been together all four at the same time since Italy so that was nice. As we couldn't get into the bar we wanted due to mr no-ID we ended up buying some drinks at the supermarket and sitting on the cliffs at Zinkensdamm looking out over Stockholm, a great view. It was a bit cold but so were the drinks and that was nice.
On Monday, today, I met some friends from my gymnasium. A few of them were away in other places but some of us could meet at least which was nice. We went eating at Kungshallen, a popular place with many restaurants, and sat there for some hours talking about everything from Harry Potter to how to write a short description of oneself at a dating site. - Not sure why as none of us are in or planning to join one. - but we did anyway.
I wont use rude language but I'd like to send a mild swearword to the program Word Online for being so annoying. Before I met my friends today I made an interview and wrote it on said program. Writing went fine but Word Online kept changing my interview persons second name with one letter. From the real name to "front tire", in Swedish of course, I'm translating it. I don't think she would be too happy if I managed to get my reportage published and it said that her second name was front tire.
This was a text about many different things so I'll just add a picture of the three elementary school friends as I got a very good one. I think I've already published it on the blog once but it's worth seeing again, it was taken a warm day in Italy.
