So far I havn't done very much in the apartment, just put my stuff in the shelves, wardrobe and wherever else stuff could be placed and stored. I was troubled by not knowing how to turn the light off in the wardrobe for a while until I realised it actually turns off automatically when the wardrobe is closed. The only trouble I still have is with the internet. At the moment I am using my phone as a mobile hotspot to give me internet. I don't want to know what it costs so please don't tell me. I think that this problem will be solved soon tho, I have sent a mail to the previous apartment owner asking how he handled it with internet and I will contact my tennant union to check how it works if he doesn't know.
My new apartment isn't the only exciting thing of course, I have also had time to do other things. I have met some old friends of mine for a fun evening and I will meet many more. I have also spent some time at the big chessboard in the middle of Stockholm, it is a great way of killing time while waiting for something to start of someone to meet. To be honest I don't love this city or even this country but as a journalist I can't work abroad due to the language barrier, at least not for many years. Still, life is good and I have all I need for a great time and future!
Moving in naturally has to be celebrated with a Swedish beer. It's not the best beer or anything but this is my new home and the classic Swedish beer it feels like home, perfect fit! I will probably do more celebrations for moving in but this is just my own little thing, feels really good!
