I made three interviews with journalists and they all said pretty much the same, the situation for a journalist today is becoming more and more stressful. One of those I interviewed had actually had a blackout from all the stress. We also talked about multi-reporters, meaning journalists that act as the writer, photographer and editor. Something that is more or less a requirement to get a job nowadays. That they have to do it all on their own means that the quality of the article gets worse, noone is good at everything.
It was really interesting making these interviews and I learned a lot from them but I'm really glad that I'm finished now. I will do some editing tomorrow but that shouldn't take more than an hour. The deadline for the job is Wednesday so it's looking good. On Thursday I'll be going through the article with third grade students and get tips from them about how to improve it, I'm looking forward to that too. Then I got one week to make a final version, on which I'll get my first grade, I think I'll be able to make it a good one so I'm quite excited.
I think that's what I got to write now so good night people.
